How links to information work

While this catalog has compiled many transit training resources into one central location, the actual training courses cannot be accessed directly from this site. Once you have found a training course that you are interested in, locate the “How to Obtain the Course” section on the course description page. Here, you will find a link that either brings you directly to the course, to a page to download the course materials, to the registration page for the course, or sometimes to the owning organization’s course catalog where you will need to search for the course to see if/when it is available. In some cases, this section will provide instructions on how to contact the organization in order to gain access to this course. The description under the “How to Obtain the Course” section will describe what action will need to be taken once you select the link and/or leave this site.

This catalog is a compilation of training materials developed by many different transit and transportation organizations. “In the same way we have a long-term plan for building roads, we have to have a long term plan to build transit.”
